In-Person S2C™ Sessions
Our in-person S2C™ sessions focus on teaching the purposeful motor skill of pointing to letters, giving nonspeaking individuals a reliable and meaningful path to communication. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to the speller’s pace, strengths, and goals — gently building the motor pathways needed to grow from isolated pointing toward fluent, confident communication.
During these sessions, we also empower parents, caregivers, or support staff — learn how to best support the speller through coaching in regulation, positioning, prompting, and communication strategies. This ensures that skills practiced in session are carried into daily life, helping the speller grow in independence and confidence.
Virtual S2C™ Sessions
Not everyone has access to an S2C™ practitioner nearby — and that’s exactly why we offer virtual coaching. These sessions are designed for families who are ready to become confident, capable Communication and Regulation Partners (CRPs) for their speller.
Through personalized online coaching, parents and caregivers learn the foundational skills needed to support their speller at home and in daily life — including regulation strategies, positioning, prompting techniques, and effective communication partnership. Because when the people closest to the speller are equipped and confident, growth doesn’t stop when the session ends.
You don’t have to figure this out alone. We’ll guide you every step of the way.
Intensive S2C™ Sessions
Out of town? Need a good start to understanding S2C™ for your family?
Our in-person intensive is the perfect place to begin. Over two days, you and your speller will work directly with a Certified S2C™ Practitioner through up to four 50-minute sessions — exploring the foundational motor skill of pointing to letters and discovering what reliable communication can look like for your family.
This immersive experience is designed to give both the speller and their communication partner the knowledge, confidence, and tools needed to continue the journey at home. Because S2C™ thrives when it’s practiced in daily life — and that starts with equipping the people who show up every day.
From there, follow-up sessions can be scheduled virtually or in-person, at whatever pace works best for your family. Wherever you are in your journey, we’ll meet you there.
Community Education & Professional Learning
Empowering families is at the heart of what we do — because when the people closest to a speller are informed and confident, everything changes.
Through a mix of parent training, family education, and community outreach, Sherri offers tailored sessions designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re a family just beginning to explore S2C™, a parent wanting to deepen your understanding of sensory and motor differences, or a community group looking to build awareness and inclusion — there’s a place for you here.
These sessions are educational in nature and are offered in a variety of formats to fit your family’s or organization’s needs.
